Return & Refund Policy
At AMIKA DESI WEAVES, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure you receive the finest quality. Please read our Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You receive a damaged or defective product.
- You receive an incorrect item different from your order.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The product must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In its original condition
- With all tags, packaging, and accessories intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Sarees with fall, pico, or blouse stitching completed
- Dress materials that have been stitched or customized
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method or bank account, depending on the payment mode.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We are happy to replace products if they are:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective
- Incorrectly shipped
Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Customized or altered products cannot be cancelled after processing begins.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with:
- Order Number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the package
- An unboxing video (recommended for faster verification)
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will arrange or reimburse the return shipping cost.
For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
